I. General Provisions
Welcome to the FOCUSRALLY Terms of Use PRO subscription service (hereinafter referred to as the “PRO Subscription Service”)! By using the service, you indicate that you have read and agree to comply with the “PRO Subscription Service Terms” (hereinafter referred to as these “Terms”).
II. Content of PRO Subscription Service
After redeeming or paying to activate the PRO Subscription Service, you will have continuous access to all features included in FOCUSRALLY Terms of Use PRO for the corresponding service period.
III. Continuous Monthly and Continuous Annual Services
Based on your activated PRO Subscription Service, you may choose the automatic renewal feature for continuous monthly or annual subscriptions. By selecting this option, you authorize FOCUSRALLY Terms of Use to charge your Apple account for the next billing cycle through Apple’s payment system, 24 hours before the expiration of the current PRO service period. If the charge fails due to insufficient account balance, the service will automatically terminate, and any resulting losses shall be borne by the user.
IV. Solutions for Unreceived PRO Subscription
If the PRO service is not activated after payment, please update the App to the latest version and click “Restore Purchase” on the purchase page. If you still require assistance, please email service@pix3l.mefor technical support.
